Driver
Job Functions
- Transfer courier deliveries by driving a bike, car, or truck to each of the assigned locations.
- Load and unload products properly and safely.
- Use hand truck and load bar.
- Keep accurate records of all delivery information and company required documentation.
- Properly communicate pickup, delivery, and client-related issues to dispatchers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 18
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Know the area and map reading abilities – knowledge of area, ability to use GPS and other smartphone applications
- One year of experience in the courier service industry
- Basic math skills
- Interpersonal skills to build customer loyalty and trust
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record including no DUI in the past three years and no multiple DUIs within the last seven years
Dispatcher
Job Functions
- Build professional rapport with the fleet and establish a mutual understanding of clients’ concerns and needs
- Dispatch customers’ orders to couriers
- Direct, professional communication with clients
- Continuous quality control in the processing and fulfillment of all customer orders from pick-up through delivery
- Follow up with issues from pickups and/or deliveries
- Review workload and ensure pickups occur properly
- Assist, train, and maintain driver fleet
Basic Requirements
- Full-time including after-hours and weekends
- Working knowledge of major metropolitan areas
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Run reports daily
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Understand time-sensitive needs of clients
- Proactively managing fleet of on-demand/scheduled drivers
Client Relations Specialist
Job Functions
- Greet calls warmly and responds to client requests
- Act as the “voice” of our company
- Professional interaction with clients daily
- Assist clients with order requests and tracking updates
- Provide clients with service information
- Follow up on customer inquiries
- Follow procedures and ensure client satisfaction at all times
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using a computer system
Basic Requirements
- Spectacular phone etiquette
- Proven customer support experience
- Work in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Logistics Coordinator
Job Functions
- Handling office tasks, such as taking calls , entering tickets, communicating vital information to clients or staff
- Filing and generating reports
- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate parties while maintaining polite and professional communication via phone or e-mail
- Since each delivery could be the catalyst to saving a life, candidates must ALWAYS anticipate the need of their assistance to ensure the Stat Experts team is providing the highest level of client service possible
Basic Requirements
- Prior office experience
- Microsoft Office proficient (Microsoft Excel code is a plus)
