Meet the Team

Christina Jolene Haskins brings more than a decade of experience in medical logistics, life sciences, and strategic marketing to the team as the president of Stat Experts. Her career with the company began as an executive assistant, a position from which she quickly advanced through continually exceptional performance in organization and leadership. The years have taken her through numerous roles, from client relations to office management and eventually to marketing, where she was able to establish new partnerships and blaze new trails in training programs. Today, she brings her extensive expertise in business relationships, office inclusion programs, and policy creation to a comprehensive leadership role as president over all of Stat Experts.

Christina’s work is informed by a fundamental respect and recognition of her colleagues, whose roles she understands from firsthand experience in the company. She demonstrates exceptional leadership through authentic appreciation for each piece of the puzzle, building an environment of support, inclusivity, and mutual respect for her team. Outside of the office, Christina can be found playing tennis, appreciating art, or participating in her church community in Oakland, California. As the proud mother of two daughters, she works day by day to be the best version of herself, always striving to give her best as a leader both at home and at work.

Upon joining Stat Experts as a marketing specialist in 2013, Hamed Chaharbaghi brought a blend of enthusiasm and a keen understanding of professional dynamics. Fresh out of graduate school, he quickly immersed himself in market research and identifying potential customer segments. Within three years, Hamed was promoted to senior logistics analyst, where he optimized supply chain and logistics processes, reduced costs, and improved efficiency.

In 2020, Dave and Allen recognized his talent for business strategy and growth by promoting Hamed to vice president of business development. In this capacity, Hamed’s role was crucial in driving the company’s expansion efforts. He was entrusted with orchestrating the Elite project, forging strategic partnerships, managing over $60M in revenue, and developing long-term growth strategies.

Hamed’s journey from marketing specialist to VP of business development was marked by continuous learning, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. His ability to navigate complex business landscapes, coupled with their strategic vision, positioned him as a key leader within Stat Experts. Each step of his career has been a testament to his dedication and unwavering commitment to the company’s success.

Today, as the executive vice president, Hamed brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of business development, risk management, market analysis and strategy, customer and vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation. His journey through various facets of the company has equipped him with these skills to lead Stat Experts toward even greater achievements.

Hamed takes it upon himself to go above and beyond to make a positive impact on his team’s lives and see tangible results from their efforts. Empathy and compassion drive him to understand and support others in their struggles. This desire to help is rooted in Hamed’s strong moral values and ethical principles. Additionally, assisting others helps him build meaningful relationships and fosters a sense of community. It also contributes to his personal growth by enhancing his problem-solving skills and broadening his perspective. Ultimately, the fulfillment and satisfaction Hamed gains from helping others inspire him to continue making a difference.

In his spare time, Hamed takes pleasure in spending quality time with his family and exploring new places through travel. He loves to immerse himself in diverse cultures in different counties, spend time hiking and swimming in nature, and share his love for soccer, his favorite sport, with his family and friends.
